Legal and data posture
Every source used by a displayed layer is registered with attribution, use, storage, and risk posture.
Shared CivicNG baseline
Curated city geometry, named watch areas, major road corridors, flood-watch polygons, and reference infrastructure points are published as a shared CivicNG dataset rather than owned only inside Watchtower.
Review the public dataset page at data.civic.ng/datasets/watchtower-curated-city-and-infrastructure-baselines or query the baseline snapshot directly at data.civic.ng/api/watchtower/baselines.
Live fires, rainfall, and public event signals still come from their original public feeds and are disclosed separately below.
